Peter is a 1983 graduate of Buffalo School of Law whose career has been devoted to the rights of the disadvantaged and disabled. He handled his first Social Security Disability cases as an intern for Neighborhood Legal Services in Buffalo, NY. Thereafter he worked for the Legal Aid Society of Mid-New York in Rome, NY, and as a civil rights attorney for involuntarily hospitalized mentally ill and developmentally disabled citizens as a senior attorney for the Mental Hygiene Legal Service. He has been in private practice since 1989 focusing his practice on disability and civil rights issues. He has been on the Board of Directors of such advocacy organizations as the Family Advocacy Center and various Mental Health Associations. His law firm focused exclusively on the rights of Social Security Disability applicants. Presently, he is president of The Antonowicz Group, a group employing qualified Claimant Representatives who have excelled at rigorous training in Social Security representation. They have passed all examinations offered by the Social Security Administration, certifying their diverse and extensive knowledge of disability issues and laws. Peter has successfully represented dozens of claimants in federal court actions against the United States and the Social Security Administration for the deprivation of Social Security rights and entitlements.

| Kelly L. Eichhorn |
Kelly has been actively involved in the successful representation of disability applicants since 2003. She has secured benefits for hundreds of disability applicants, and has also provided representation at all administrative appeals levels. As a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives. Kelly attends many conferences and continuing legal education seminars in order to remain as current as possible on the legal issues affecting our disabled clients. She has successfully passed all tests and administrative requirements set up by the federal government to be a claimant representative before the Social Security Administration. She has also been actively involved in issues regarding veteran’s rights, the American Heart Association, and other charitable organizations promoting the concerns and needs of disabled and disadvantaged individuals.

| Kara M. Eaton |
Kara has been actively involved in the successful representation of disability applicants since 2006. As a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives, Kara attends many conferences and continuing legal education seminars in order to remain as current as possible on the legal issues affecting our disabled clients. She has won extremely complicated and difficult disability cases involving traumatic brain injuries, developmental disabilities, and rare genetic diseases. She is a graduate of Mohawk Valley Community College. She is very active in local healthcare organizations, and in charitable activities to promote healthcare services in the Central New York community. She has also been actively involved in other organizations that promote the rights disabled individuals.
